Sunil leads KeyID with passion and insight created during 14 years with leading technology and financial firms. Prior to founding KeyID, Sunil was in management and R&D roles at Unisys, Singapore International Monetary Exchange, Computer Associates, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, and Citibank. He defined strategies and designed innovative solutions that significantly improved the security of financial transactions.

Sunil has patents pending in security and PKI. He holds a bachelors of science degree in computer science from JNT University and a masters of science in computational finance from Carnegie Mellon University.

Jay's background includes 20+ years experience developing and marketing electronic trading and e-commerce platforms within the financial market and insurance industry sectors. In addition to co-founding three different technology based platforms that were subsequently acquired by major enterprises, Jay has served as an executive for The Bank of New York, global marketing executive for Interactive Brokers, Inc. the securities industry's most prominent on-line brokerage, and advisory roles for leading technology-based companies within the financial markets arena.
